Thanks for stopping by to learn about our business, our team, and the work we do each day to help our clients and friends make a difference.

Like many entrepreneurial success stories, ours began in an Orange County, California garage not much different than the one Jobs and Wozniak used when they started Apple or the one Hewlett and Packard used to found HP.   

Armed with a passion to make a difference, entrepreneurship and leadership training from our founding team member’s experience in Career Technical Student Organizations—a small band of difference makers launched out with a simple idea that TRIUMPH is simply a little “umph” added to TRI!

For nearly two decades TRI Leadership has been dedicated to helping our clients and partners triumph and win.  If you asked our nationwide team of amazing leadership, event, and association specialists what we do every day, they would tell you “make a difference.”  That is because whether a customer calls for a speaker or leadership training program, assistance managing their nonprofit, or help making their events exciting and memorable—they are asking us to help them make a difference.  And, there is no greater honor or thrill for us than to help our clients succeed and positively impact the lives of those they serve.

Leadership is at the core of everything we do. We found that making a difference in a lasting way means enhancing the leadership of individuals [training and development], communities [event management] and organizations [association leadership].  Whether it is online, onstage, or on location, you can count on TeamTRI to help you triumph!

Each year TRI will reach more than 100,000 individuals through our leadership programs, conferences, training, events and curriculum.  We’ll produce 75 specially selected events ranging from national summits, institutes, galas, and academies to state conferences, camps, sporting events, and retreats.  We’ll manage nearly $2 million in nonprofit association assets and help Board’s of Directors maximize their mission by managing all or strategically assigned elements of their organizations

Eighteen years later the garage is an inspiring memory and our small band of difference makers has grown to include nearly 75 team members located in over 25 states.  Each year TRI Leadership Resources reaches throughout North America to provide services to the hundreds of clients who know that hiring our team brings experience, dependability, creativity, and value.  But while we have grown, our dedication to the success of each client has never changed.  Whether the call is from the White House, a teacher, a multinational corporate executive, a student, or a minister—each call is important as it represents the chance to do what we love—help make a difference.
