Brycen Woodley is the leader’s coach. Through thought, care, understanding, preparation, and listening, he carefully works to help each person find the leader within and use their skills to make a positive impact. He is a model of organizational excellence and the benefits that diligence and training bring organizations. He is a master of goal setting, planning, and event management who helps students to realize that the magic is in the details. In addition to co-authoring The EXTRA STEP: 100 Steps to Officer Success, he is also a gifted presenter in Spanish.
Brycen has been a leadership coach with TRI Leadership Resources for over five years not only training but working day-to-day with state officers from a variety of organizations. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he completed his bachelors degree in Economics with a minor in Business Management. A former assistant and campaign staff member to U.S. Senator Gordon H. Smith (R-OR), international missionary to Spain for two years, and former career technical student organization state officer and National President of DECA an Association of Marketing Students, Brycen blends these amazing experiences into powerful experiences that change lives.
Most recently Brycen worked in Oregon as a campaign staff member on the Bush-Cheney ‘04 Campaign. Among other things Brycen was responsible for overseeing the campaign effort in 20 of Oregon’s 36 Counties. Prior to that time he worked for Novell Inc., the leading provider of net business solutions, as a project coordinator.
