Jay Hollowell is the President and CEO of Hollowell, Davis, & Davis, Inc., a Virginia-based company specializing in training and consulting in the corporate and career education fields. An alumnus of the College of William and Mary, Jay has over twenty-three years of experience in management and adult education. He is a teacher, author, and certified trainer, having worked with clients such as Avis, Lucas, Anthem, Cardinal Health, and several colleges.
 Jay has worked with the TRI Team for five years, where he developed and has chaired the Institute For Leaders Entrepreneurship track He presently holds an adjunct faculty position with the Center for Global Business and Executive Education at Old Dominion University, and participates annually as a guest instructor at the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry, sponsored by the Iacocca Institute at Lehigh University.
