Leadership Fellow
James "Skip" Lemoine has been training, speaking, and consulting for over ten years. During that time, he's refined his style to create award-winning presentations, both educational and entertaining, focused on a variety of topics such as creative problem solving, salesmanship, strategic planning, and general management and leadership. Skip's award-winning presentations and completely unique training style combine to make audiences laugh, think, and learn. His audiences call his seminars "the most meaningful and entertaining I've ever been to." Training with wit and promoting progressive development, Skip has presented to tens of thousands of people from all over the world, ranging in age from eight to eighty.
Skip specialized in Organizational Psychology at Louisiana State University, where he published an honors thesis. During his time there, he served as National President for the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, an organization he would later serve as Louisiana State Chairman. He started a six-year career with Cingular Wireless at an internship level, but was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager. He later became the company's youngest Regional Sales Manager, directing all distribution efforts for a major market area. Since his departure from Cingular, he has devoted himself full-time to writing, speaking, training, and consulting (with the occasional break for substitute teaching). He recently completed the manuscript for his first book, a back-to-basics approach on business management, and writes a syndicated column for several major internet sites.
